Refund policy

If damages are noted upon receipt, we request that you contact Victor Products immediately, or refuse the package upon delivery.  Please take pictures and save all packaging materials as that will be needed for us to file a damage claim and replace the product. Provide notification within 48 hours of delivery for timely claim processing.

Should you experience any other problems with your order, please contact Victor Products as soon as possible.  We can offer an exchange for damaged or defective products.  Due to the nature of our products, particularly edibles, most items cannot be returned for refund.  If a return for refund is approved, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
